Wow! That's a really strange take-away from that Substack Dave.
Do you perchance work in the Third/Public Sectors?
It would appear to be the only reason to focus on something so inoccuous and pointless, especially when I've just highlighted an attempt at corporate manslaughter.
Most people would have started with "OMG that's terrible" or "Are you OK Mate?" or "Is there anything I can do to help?".
Nonetheless I'm only too happy to engage with any comments on here, so let me address your question.
Do I have evidence of the absence of something in writing... well... er... obviously not. But what I can say, is in the literally over 1,0000 email communications I have had with Westminster City Council (WCC), not once have they ever provided the postal address to this alleged property offer.
So the evidence to prove they haven't told me where the accommodation is, is in the absence of telling me, rather than WCC acknowledging in wiriting that they haven't done so.
Hi quite a surprising response you seem quite angry which in some respects I don't blame you, my comment actually came from a place of concern but I've also come to realise some people self sabotage. I wish you all the best
No anger from my side. Your post was just an odd thing to say. had no context and it showed no sign of compassion whatsoever. Which took me aback. My inbox was filled with people showering me in care this morning. But what was your concern for? And what was the purpose of asking if I had something in writing? Were you going to offer to Sue the Council? If you'd read the Blog you'd know having evidence is of no interest to these organisations at all. They just chose to ignore it. Best Paul Atherton (FRSA)
I clearly have found no support whatsoever Dave. That was kind of the whole point of the Substack. All the advocates we reached out too either had us running around in circles, weren't proficient enough or becuase they only focussed on one aspect of things like Care Packages not housing or DWP issues not accommodation & couldn't treat the problem holisitically, which is what is required. If you know any good lawyers or specialists who could - then do please pass them my way? Many Thanks. Best Paul Atherton (FRSA)
They honestly won't tell you where the accommodation they have for you is ? Do you have this in writing?

As a volunteer advocate yes that's what I do now retired but as you say you have the support I wish you well.
